Bookies and Casino Bonuses are Confusing, Bingo Leads The Way in Clarity

The problem is that the terms and conditions vary greatly from casino to casino, bookies to bookie and it’s often very confusing to know exactly what you are signing up for!

Tombola says £50 free to play bingo. Deposit £25 play with £75. If this was a bookie it would be complex. If it was a casino you would need to wager the bonus money and often any winnings from it 30+ times before withdrawing it.

With this bingo site however it simply says “First deposit only. Any winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn.” How clear is that? Cashout your winning, you can never cash out the bonus! That makes perfect sense, as you get to play bingo with it, but not cash it out. Anything you win while using it can be withdrawn.

I think it’s time, and do think it will change soon that all casinos and bookies follow suit with much simpler t&c’s. It would make life a lot easier for all concerned. And players would know exactly what they are getting, this cuts down on complaints and angry customers who thought one thing, but got entirely another!
